Town buildings use trimsheets which allow for a quick texturizing. No baking needed. Buildings are also able to move their UV Islands up and down based on randomness calculated from the world position. So the same building on the map can look different.

Role: Senior 3D Artist / Asset Lead

Responsibilities: Defined visual standards and asset creation pipeline for urban game environments. Created hero assets, mid-tier props, and environmental storytelling elements to match gameplay needs.

Coordinated with level design to ensure prop placement supported navigation and mission flow.

Technical Implementation: Modeled and UV-mapped assets in Blender, baked and textured in Substance Painter, integrated into Unreal Engine with optimized LODs and collision. Created trim sheets and modular kits to streamline production across the team.
