Senior 3D Artist – Environment & Asset Development

This industrial environment was created as part of my work on Industry Giant 4.0. I was responsible for designing and producing modular industrial structures and environment props that could serve both as functional gameplay elements and as world-building storytelling pieces.

Responsibilities & Contributions

Designed a full set of industrial buildings and hero structures, balancing realism with gameplay readability.

Developed a modular kit for factory walls, roofs, and support elements to speed up level production and ensure visual consistency across the team.

Created custom materials and decals in Substance Painter and Unreal Engine, allowing for reusable weathering, dirt accumulation, and dynamic variation across assets.

Integrated assets into Unreal Engine, ensuring optimized collision, LODs, and shader performance.

Leadership & Pipeline Impact

Provided feedback to junior artists on prop modeling and texturing to keep visual style consistent.

Established asset naming conventions and documentation to streamline the team pipeline.

Coordinated closely with technical art to implement animations and shaders in Blueprint to provide readability on production cycles of assets in-game.
